Happy Drug

Why is everyone else's blog slicker looking than mine? Anyway, it doesn't matter. I'm beginning this blog post having worn myself out listening to Europe's "The Final Countdown" 54 times today... oh, wait! Make that 55, to share with you some of the side effects of my medication as that's currently uppermost on my mind at the moment.

I won't go into details about the type of medication it is but it's been prescribed to help me with my mood swings, and make me more level and functioning. I like it a lot so far and have felt very happy and energetic - great! Alas, it is causing some unwelcome side effects, nothing major, but not that pleasant. Here is a list of them:

Drooling (and not looking at Neil Oliver either)
Peddling my legs (sat on a chair, not going anywhere)
Moving my mouth to the side (to the right, can't really move it to the left yet)
Shaking
Trembling
More shaking
And more trembling
Leg jerky
Arm jerky

Thankfully the rare case of hair falling out and growing back curly hasn't happened.

Well, that's it - more noticeable towards evening/night/early morning when I'm trying to relax. Not sure how I'm going to go down in company, we'll see on Friday night when I pop into the Royal Oak for my usual pint.
